The Opportunity

To strengthen our Service team we are looking for a Service Technician to join us in Perafita Portugal.

You will provide hands-on field service support supporting installation maintenance repairs and upgrades. Working on-site you will apply technical drawings and manuals to ensure safe reliable equipment performance.

In this role dynamism flexibility attention to detail and an analytical mindset are key to success. We are seeking a collaborative team player able to work effectively across different organizational levels within an international environment.

How you will make an impact

• Maintenance and repair of power transformers and its accessories both in workshop and onsite.

• Installation adaptation of accessories and systems.

• Technical support on installed products and equipment.

• Troubleshooting diagnostic and malfunctions resolution.

• Decision when products should be upgraded or replaced.

• Onsite training for customer support personnel.

Your background

• High school or technical course.

• At least 4/5 years of professional work experience.

• Valid drivers license.

• Ability to work outdoors.

• You are well versed in the Microsoft Windows environment (MS Server MS Office).

• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
