We are looking for a Service Quality Access and Procedures Officer to ensure service quality user access management and operational governance within a large-scale data transformation environment. You will act as a key liaison between users and IT teams supporting service performance compliance and the continuous improvement of operational processes.

SERVICE QUALITY OFFICER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Service Quality Access and Procedures Officer to ensure service quality user access management and operational governance within a large-scale data transformation environment. You will act as a key liaison between users and IT teams supporting service performance compliance and the continuous improvement of operational processes.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Monitoring contractual indicators processes and SLAs.
- Implementing cross-functional procedures (Permanent Control Continuity).
- Supporting the billing framework.
- Managing and periodically reviewing data usage rights and authorizations.
- Writing and updating operational procedures.
Your Key Skills
- Service quality management and SLA monitoring.
- Customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of data governance principles and IT systems.
- Documentation management and procedural writing.
- Access rights and authorization management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Your Main Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Operational Services Platforms RUN environments or large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience working with service management processes governance and operational procedures.
- Proven ability to monitor KPIs and service performance indicators.
- Strong understanding of access management and authorization processes.
- Excellent communication active listening and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
