What Youll do:

-Design and support the Private Cloud infrastructure hosting WebSphere environments

-Manage and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server platforms and related middleware components

-Ensure availability performance and stability of WebSphere and underlying infrastructure

-Support virtualization compute storage and backup platforms

-Lead lifecycle obsolescence and modernization initiatives

-Perform capacity performance and infrastructure health assessments

-Troubleshoot complex WebSphere OS and infrastructure issues

-Identify and reduce operational and infrastructure risks

-Drive continuous improvement and platform reliability

- Hybrid work model

What You Are:

- Senior Engineer with strong IBM WebSphere / Middleware experience

-Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V

-Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)

-Experience with SAN storage datastores and file systems

-Good knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication

-Strong troubleshooting skills across WebSphere servers OS and infrastructure

-Proactive mindset towards modernization automation and operational reliability
