DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage Operations Supervisors ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of performance goals

• Coach mentor and develop the team to reach its highest potential

• Monitor key KPIs set ambitious targets and drive continuous improvement strategies

• Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively ensuring a high standard of service

• Anticipate challenges and opportunities taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher)

• Proven experience managing teams

• Previous sales experience

• Background in sales and/or digital marketing

• Strong leadership skills and a sharp problem-solving mindset

• Results-driven approach with a strong customer focus

• High adaptability and emotional intelligence

• Outstanding communication skills.
