Senior Team Leader

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon Portugal and is hiring for the role of Senior Team Leader (Operations). As Senior Team Leader you will lead Operations Supervisors in the digital-advertising business of a leading international technology company.

• Lead Operations Supervisors and drive KPIs
• Develop teams and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Turn performance data into action plans
• Partner with client stakeholders

• Advanced English (C1 or higher)
• Proven experience managing teams of 3080 FTE (ideally in a BPO)
• Previous sales experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills a results-driven approach and high emotional intelligence

• Salary: 1684 gross per month with company-provided accommodation or 2158 gross per month without accommodation (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Bonus of up to 2000
• Meal allowance: approx. 130 per month

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Relocation reimbursement for international candidates after 9 months

• Location: Lisbon Portugal hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days from home)
• Working hours: MondayFriday 08:0017:00
• Start: As soon as possible
