JOB DESCRIPTION SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We build best-in-class SaaS solutions and are on an exciting growth journey. To help us scale globally we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK market. This individual works closely with marketing and account executives and plays an important part in driving customer acquisition and increasing conversion rates.
We are looking for an energetic individual with a genuine passion for new technologies. You should be curious by definition and eager to learn and explore new ways to enhance our sales processes. As an SDR you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers and your enthusiasm for our products and mission will be crucial in engaging and inspiring them.

Job Objectives:
Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including outbound calls emails and social media in the UK market
Initiate and manage conversations with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our SaaS solutions effectively by booking a demo meeting
Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress through the sales funnel
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies share insights and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as prospects contacted and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement
Gather and relay feedback from prospects to the product development team to help refine our offerings and better meet customer needs
Continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Main requirements
Previous experience in sales preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field (1-3 years) in the UK market
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus
Excellent native/fluent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new sales opportunities and driving outreach efforts
Passion for and understanding of new technologies with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of our SaaS solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to analyse market trends and data to inform sales strategies and identify potential leads
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and product development.
Resilient and persistent in the face of challenges with a positive attitude and a determination to succeed.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales tools is a plus.

The job is based in the Porto Portugal

Some travelling is required (mainly to the UK Denmark and Iceland)
