What Youll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries in LATAM and the US

• Ensure compliance with statutory tax labor and regulatory requirements

• Manage and optimize relationships with external payroll vendors

• Drive process improvements standardization and automation initiatives

• Support internal and external audits ensuring data accuracy and readiness

• Partner with HR Finance Legal and leadership teams

• Act as a payroll subject matter expert providing insights and recommendations

• Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery aligned with SLAs

• Lead and develop a team

What Were Looking For

Must Have:

• 12 years of experience across payroll HR finance or tax compliance

• Strong experience managing multi-country payroll operations across LATAM and the US

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance across the Americas

• Experience working with external payroll providers and vendor management

• Ability to operate in a global matrixed environment

• Fluent English Level

Nice to Have:

• Experience in shared services environments

• Exposure to payroll transformation or system implementations

• Background in manufacturing or regulated industries

• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP SAP Workday

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field
