Your tasks
- Lead the design development and delivery of custom Odoo modules.
- Run workshops with customers and take end-to-end ownership of the solution.
- Coaching the development team.
- Conceptualization and design of development processes
- Collaborate closely with product owners and consultants.
- Ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Optimize system performance and reliability
Your profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems IT integrations and web applications
- Strong expertise in Python
- Experience with JavaScript & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage
- Interest in business topics and understanding of basic business processes
- Very fast comprehension analytical working method & high commitment
- English speaking team player ( at least C1 level)
