Senior O2C Specialist Diabetes Medical Devices F&A

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist to manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle in Porto.

Your Role:

• Lead and manage O2C operations including order management billing collections cash application and dispute resolution
• Review AR aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Manage customer and internal relationships resolve escalated disputes and negotiate payment terms

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
• 5-7 years of experience in O2C AR or Finance operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Fluency in German (C1) and strong English communication skills

Package and Compensation:

• Salary: 2000 gross x14
• Meal Allowance 7.63 per working day Health Insurance

• Relocation Package: Room in company apartment in Porto for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR
