Senior IAM Engineer

• Manage user and e-banking accounts access rights and roles in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems applications and resources.
• Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Respond to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely manner collaborating with other team.
• Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and in a correct manner.
• Perform password reset
• Respond to phone calls from clients providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required

Qualifications :

• Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Active Directory RSA and HID platforms (MFA).
• Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Methodical detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially by phone.
• Ability to prioritize tasks work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude.
• Fluent in English.
