Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in automation and software delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines driving automation initiatives and supporting the continuous improvement of development and deployment practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices and governance standards.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Manage and optimize DevOps platforms and toolchains.
- Collaborate closely with Development QA and Infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery processes.
- Monitor troubleshoot and improve deployment pipelines and platform reliability.
- Promote DevOps culture best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance scalability security and operational efficiency through automation.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps Platform Engineering or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience implementing automation solutions and CI/CD best practices in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Git Flow branching strategies and source code management practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Jenkins.
- Extensive experience in automation particularly using Python.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
