What Youll do:

- Lead the design and development of Artificial Intelligence Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions;

- Define architectures for AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents and modern AI frameworks;

- Develop end-to-end AI-powered applications;

- Define approaches for Prompt Engineering Model Evaluation and Fine-Tuning;

- Implement scalable AI pipelines;

- Lead technology innovation initiatives;

- Ensure best practices for AI development security and governance;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business solutions;

- Mentor Junior and Mid-Level Data Scientists;

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning;

Who You Are:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering Statistics or a related field;

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Data Science Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence with proven experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments;

- Strong proficiency in Python SQL and modern Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques;

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents Prompt Engineering Natural Language Processing (NLP) Embeddings and model Fine-Tuning;

- Experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain LangGraph and Microsoft Agent Framework;

- Experience implementing scalable AI and MLOps solutions including Vector Databases and cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP;

- Knowledge of Data Engineering REST APIs containerization technologies Git and CI/CD practices;

- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior colleagues;
