For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst
Senior-level Power BI expertise: end-to-end enterprise report architecture RLS and workspace governance.
Master-level DAX and Power Query: evaluation context time intelligence performance tuning and complex M transformations.
Expert SQL: performance-optimized queries window functions CTEs and complex joins against large relational databases.
Consultative stakeholder mindset: ability to challenge business requests define KPIs and translate ambiguous needs into scalable analytical solutions.
Fluency in English (B2)
Availability for hybrid model 2x a week (based in Porto)
Candidate has to be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
