You will contribute to the calculation and analysis of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) support regulatory reporting processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of risk-related information. Your role will be essential in strengthening risk governance enhancing reporting frameworks and supporting informed decision-making through robust risk analysis and control processes.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional responsible for supporting credit risk and regulatory reporting activities within the banking sector. You will contribute to the calculation and analysis of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) support regulatory reporting processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of risk-related information. Your role will be essential in strengthening risk governance enhancing reporting frameworks and supporting informed decision-making through robust risk analysis and control processes.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Coordinate the evolutions and changes in the IRB Models.
- Analise and explain the main variations between production and the test environment.
- Support the first production exercises linked with the projects listed above.
- Support the team on transversal activities as: development and implementation of controls and support in the creation of the new process framework inside the team.
- Contribute to the organization and preparation of Senior Management committees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within risk and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 or 4 years of professional experience in Risk/Finance or Audit/Assurance services within banking sector.
- Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.
- Knowledge of credit risk concepts Standard and IRBA approaches.
- Knowledge of prudential frameworks and standards (Basel III and BASEL IV).
- Experience with MS Office MS Access SQL and Business Objects is a nice to have.
- Fluency in English.
