• Coordinate and execute property valuation projects and portfolio analyses across multiple asset classes.

• Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation.

• Prepare market feasibility and investment reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure full compliance with RICS CMVM and internal valuation standards.

• Present valuation results methodologies and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.

• Manage project timelines prioritize tasks and ensure on-time high-quality delivery.

• Support market research and contribute to the development of internal data and intelligence systems.

• Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen integrated advisory solutions.

• Degree or Masters in Architecture Engineering Economics Management Data Science or a related field.

• 35 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.

• Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.

• Analytical detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English both written and spoken.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
