For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6 years of experience as a Senior C#/.NET Developer
Proficiency in C# for both frontend and backend application development including building efficient reusable and reliable code across the full stack.
Solid understanding of SOLID and KISS principles applied consistently in day-to-day development and enforced during Pull Request reviews.
Ability to identify application bottlenecks and bugs and implement targeted solutions to improve performance quality and responsiveness.
Ability to mentor and coach junior or mid-level developers supporting their technical growth within a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g. JavaScript frameworks) is considered a plus for candidates contributing to full-stack solutions.
Fluency in English (B2)
Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Porto
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
