Senior Application Support

• Ensure the stability availability and performance of critical business applications in production environments.
• Monitor applications manage incidents and problems and coordinate resolutions with Development Infrastructure and external teams.
• Execute deployments changes upgrades and patches following ITIL and DevOps best practices.
• Support monitoring and observability initiatives including tools such as Dynatrace to proactively detect and prevent issues.
• Maintain technical documentation contribute to continuous service improvement and participate in on-call support for critical systems.

Qualifications :

• API Application Servers & Kubernetes
• Java APP servers (RedHat Jboss EAP) and java knowledge (heap and thread dump anaiisys performance optimization);
• OpenShift & Cloud (kubernetes);
• API gateway integration (Axway/APIGee)
• RHEL Linux OS
• Dynatrace and other monitoring/observability tools (Jaeger grafana prometheus ELK);
• CI/CD setup & optmization (GITLab ArgoCD Jenkins Nexus Sonatype)
• Ansible and/or Terraform
•  Relational DBs (MSSQL Server; Postgre)
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
