Founded in 2021 the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus global success and play a vital role in Airbus transformation journey in standardisation harmonisation digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes ( to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. Responsibilities - your mission:

Conduct a real-time security review of the provided Curriculum Vitae (CV) to identify inconsistencies or indicators of risk;
Perform screening against international databases to ensure compliance.
Keep up to date internal tracking records and reporting.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

An academic degree in a relevant field such as Law International Relations or Data Management;
Digital savvy;
Analytical skills and ability to identify CV inconsistencies employment gaps etc.;
Working knowledge of global watchlists;
Understanding of GDPR;
Experience in KYC/KYS activities would be a plus;
Proficiency in logging structured data into security tools;
High degree of attention to detail;
Experience with OSINT tools would be a plus.
