Securities Settlement Analyst

Overview:

The leading bank in the European Union is seeking a Securities Settlement Analyst. The mission is to work within the Securities Settlement Department and perform the main processes which include pre and post settlement activities clearing custody maintain relevant legal documentation transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope.

What will you do

• Monitor and ensure settlement of security transactions and associated products
• Perform cash and position reconciliation within internal systems and local custodians
• Ensure referential data is up-to-date with the responsible teams
• Respond to emails and queries in a proper and timely manner
• Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  

What are we looking for

• Experience with Data Automation (use of Python VBA Power Bi etc)
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Financial background
• Fluent in English
