For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field with a certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) considered a strong plus.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field preferably within the payments or financial services industry backed by a strong grasp of Agile principles frameworks and practices in complex environments.
- Excellent facilitation coaching and mentoring abilities paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills that let you build relationships and influence and motivate stakeholders at every level.
- Experience working in an international environment with the ability to manage virtual teams across different time zones and travel abroad for short periods when required.
- A problem-solving mindset able to navigate complex challenges while keeping the teams success front and center.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Trello) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (B2).
- Availability for hybrid work based in Porto with 2 days per week on-site (flexible) (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
