Sales Representative for Social Media Platform Portuguese & English Market (m/f/x)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to support the growth of a major social media platform. The role focuses on proactive outreach identifying business opportunities presenting software solutions and managing the full sales cycle with both Portuguesespeaking and Englishspeaking prospects.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential leads to introduce software solutions
- Identify qualify and build a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Conduct consistent followups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Present product features and benefits according to client needs
- Track outreach lead status and interactions in the CRM
- Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Strong interest and basic knowledge of AI tools cloud services and software solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving products and market trends
- Strong organization and independence in managing a sales pipeline
- Analytical mindset for qualifying leads
- Fluent English native/bilingual Portuguese
- Goaloriented profile with motivation to achieve targets
- Previous experience in outbound sales lead generation or software sales is a plus
Training
- Approximately 8 working days 8 hours per day
- Includes product training tools communication guidelines and onthejob practice
- Training is compensated proportionally upon successful completion
Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00
- 22 vacation days per year
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly

- Employment contract with uncertain term (12 months extendable)
- Possibility of permanent contract after 2 years
Salary Simulation (monthly gross)
- Base salary: 938
- Holiday allowance: 78.17
- Christmas allowance: 78.17
- Meal allowance: 154
- Total gross: 1248.33
- Variable bonus: up to 1000 (performancebased)
