Sales Ops. Executive

Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations.

• Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity including any electronic order processing

• To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets

• Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved

• Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution

• Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales

• Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager

• Proactively support the business working a shift pattern as required

• Strong attention to detail

• Effective time management and prioritizing skills

• Numerate

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent customer relations skills

• SAP R3 (preferable)

• Working knowledge of Word Excel Outlook
