HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join in our team with base in BOSS Store Braga Parque.
- 36 hours per week; full time job.
- Were looking for great sellers with experience in retail sector with very positive attitude and motivation to be part or our staff.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Maximise every sales opportunity in order to achieve both store and individual sales targets as well as KPI objectives.
- Identify customers needs and answer all product-related able to respond to enquiries regarding the price location features benefits and use of HUGO BOSS products.
- Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.
- Optimise product knowledge to recommend products and draw customers attention to them with the aim of maximising sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment.
- Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
- Always presents a professional image.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Maintains professionalism in all circumstances.
- Fluent English proficiency.
