Hiring: Sales Agent Outbound Sales

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

(8 hours per day 1-hour lunch break)

Language: Fluent English verbal and written.

Additional Job Information:

Conduct outbound calls to new and potential clients.

Assist prospects with completing their sign-up and onboarding process.

Engage clients and encourage continued use of the platform and its services.

Manage sales leads and pipelines through a CRM.

Generate sales through cold calling and consultative selling.

Identify customer needs and potential business opportunities.

Handle objections and deliver high-value sales pitches.

Apply digital marketing and digital media knowledge to support sales activities.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Strong communication questioning negotiation and influencing skills.

Target-driven with proven sales experience.

Requirements:

12 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.

Proven sales experience with a strong track record.

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.

Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM.

Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.

Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.

Consultative selling and strategic thinking abilities.

Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.

Required Work Documents:

Valid Portuguese Residence Card OR European Passport

Training:

Approximately 15 working days of intensive training.

8 hours per day conducted in English.

Training covers product knowledge software customer management and on-the-job training.
