• Multichannel Support: Connect with corporate clients via live chat professional email queues and structured outbound phone consultations.
• Product Education: Guide advertisers through complex software features audience targeting configurations pixel implementations and policy compliance guidelines.
• Trend Analysis: Identify recurring platform challenges or market opportunities across your client portfolio to improve localized advertising strategies.
