A Customer Support role with the employer supporting a global technology brand project focused on assisting Russian-speaking users via phone chat and email while troubleshooting issues and delivering high-quality customer experience within a fast-paced tech support environment. Standard MondayFriday shifts between 07:0019:00 based at Lagoas Park in Oeiras.

Your Profile
- Fluent Russian strong English able to handle customer interactions clearly and professionally across phone chat and email.
- Experience in customer support or operations capable of troubleshooting issues following processes and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts 7AM-7PM M-F
- Full eligibility to live & work in Portugal
Relocation
- If more than 100 km: airport pick up room 300 EUR travel costs cover after 9th month yearly flight home
