Russian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Overview: We are seeking Russian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a global firm located in Portugal.

No previous experience in customer support is necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client questions through telephone email or live chat platforms.
• Offer helpful polite and professional assistance.
• Supply correct and effective information to solve issues.
• Save and log details of customer conversations in the system.
• Keep up with service quality expectations and standards.
• Work together with global teams as required.

This position is for you if you:

• Possess native or C1-C2 level (fluent/bilingual) proficiency in Russian.
• Hold a B1 or higher level of English.
• Are prepared to relocate and work within Portugal.
• Are enthusiastic dependable and keen to learn.
• Enjoy operating in a diverse multicultural setting.
• Have EU citizenship or an active Portuguese work authorization.
