Job Summary
A Social Media & Trust client in Lisbon Portugal is looking for a Russian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
Youll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.
Work model: On-Site.
Multiple start dates available across 05/Oct/26 11/Sep/26 14/Sep/26.
Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.
Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Russian and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
