Your Role
- : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using
- a global social media platform and
- Instagram ads products
- Assist clients through various communication channels including live chat emails and outbound phone calls
- Resolve issues improve customer satisfaction and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers
- Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients
- Provide product and tool support to enhance clients advertising experience
Your Profile
- : Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced innovative environment
- Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage
- Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends
