CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to find a motivated and customer-focused Customer Delight Representative for the Russian Market. Join the team and enhance the online advertising experience for clients on one of the most popular social media platforms worldwide.

Day to day that means : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using our client and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels including live chat emails and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues improve customer satisfaction and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients advertising experience.

• : Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage. Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends
