We are looking for an Advertisers Support Specialist to join our dynamic multicultural team on-site in this role you will be the driving force behind helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) maximize their advertising potential.
What you will do:
- Support & Guide: Assist SMBs via chat email and phone with pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
- Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot technical issues report bugs and guide users on how to effectively use our platform tools and features.
- Analyze Trends: Identify common challenges faced by clients and collaborate on creative solutions.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Deliver a consistently positive helpful attitude that elevates our brand experience.
- Stay Organized: Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
What we are looking for:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Russian (written & oral) fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service roles. (Knowledge of the digital advertising industry is a huge plus!).
- Tech Savvy: Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication a resourceful and calm personality under pressure and the ability to work independently while being a great team player.
- Logistics: Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Portuguese Residency Card and be comfortable working in a shift rotation.
