For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 2 years of IT experience in application support
- Proficient in RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere or similar platforms
- Knowledge of programming languages preferably C# and/or
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze RPA processes identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues provide effective solutions and proactively identify and address potential risks within RPA processes
- Client-centric mindset with a customer-focused approach and the ability to understand end-users needs deliver exceptional support and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Fluency in French (B2)
- Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto (Candidate has to be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
