About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level RPA Developer to join a technology project focused on the design development and maintenance of automation solutions using UiPath.

The selected professional will work closely with business and technical teams to understand processes identify automation opportunities and implement scalable reliable and maintainable RPA workflows.

What you will do

• Develop test and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into automation workflows
• Design and implement bots components and reusable automation assets
• Integrate automation solutions with applications systems databases and APIs
• Support process documentation technical specifications and deployment activities
• Monitor existing automations and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders functional teams and other technical teams
• Ensure good practices regarding performance exception handling logging and maintainability
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to RPA delivery

What we are looking for

• 2 years of professional experience in RPA development
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator
• Good understanding of automation lifecycle: analysis development testing deployment and support
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation logic
• Experience with exception handling queues assets logs and reusable components
• Basic knowledge of APIs databases and system integrations
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Nice to have

• UiPath certification
• Experience with REFramework
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with or C#
• Experience with Power Automate or other automation platforms
• Previous experience in banking insurance telecom retail or shared services environments
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
