Romanian-Speaking Insurance Customer Representative, Lisbon

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon this role youll support clients in managing their insurance policies handling inquiries claims and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
• Process service requests in the clients policy administration system
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters including contract documents and policy information
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools
• Manage requests for policy changes including updating payment methods
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Romanian (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional diplomatic and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance
• Eligible to work in Portugal

Relocation:
Accommodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount free after 6 months
