CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Romanian-speaking Content Reviewers for an international digital advertising project based in Lisbon Portugal. Your Role

• Review online content websites images videos and text-based material according to platform policies
• Evaluate digital advertising and web content to ensure compliance with established guidelines
• Identify content that violates advertising or community standards and apply the appropriate actions
• Accurately classify and document review decisions using internal tools
• Escalate policy violations when required
• Maintain high levels of quality productivity and attention to detail
• Balance daily priorities while meeting performance targets and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in regular quality and policy update sessions

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in Romanian
• Good command of English
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive online content
• Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed policies
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer support is an advantage but not required
