Job Summary
- Promote a data-driven culture and support data-based decision-making across the business.
- Partner with business teams to understand needs identify opportunities and deliver analytical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Integration teams to prepare and optimize datasets for dashboards and analytical models.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Monitor KPIs solution adoption and business impact communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Research best practices and share knowledge with Data and Business Analysts.
Qualifications :
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction transformation cleaning and modelling.
- Solid experience with Power BI including DAX and Power Query.
- Experience with data modelling and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
