We are looking for Spanish-speaking Retail Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. The ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service enjoy communicating with people and be committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

In this role you will assist customers with retail-related enquiries provide accurate information and help resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

• Respond to customer enquiries in Spanish through the designated communication channels.
• Provide information and assistance regarding retail products orders and customer requests.
• Handle customer questions concerns and complaints professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
• Follow company procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets.

• Fluency in Spanish C2 both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or retail is an advantage.

• Base salary: 950 per month.
