What Youll Do

As part of our dynamic customer support team you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2) with support in English (C1) when required.

• Handle inquiries incidents and doubts regarding diabetes medical devices via phone email and chat.

• Assist patients caregivers and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.

• Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts Monday to Sunday 7 am - 10 pm

• 2 days off weekly (rotative provided 1 month in advance).

• Night shift premium at least 25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law).

Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment and reward it generously:

• Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (14 months).

• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day 16786/month

Who Were Looking For

• Fluency in German (C2) essential.

• Advanced English (C1) for internal communication and training.

• Excellent communication empathy and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in rotative shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment.

• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus but not requiredtraining is provided!
