What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

• Support French-speaking customers via phone email and chat

• Provide professional and friendly assistance regarding products services and account-related inquiries

• Troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently and empathetically

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Represent a modern and innovative electric mobility brand

What Were Looking For

Native/C2-level French with a clear and neutral accent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends

Already residing in Portugal (mandatory relocation is not provided)

Important:
Candidates living within 50 km of the Braga office must collect equipment in person. Equipment shipping is only available for candidates living more than 50 km away.

No English level required for this role.

Schedule

Rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday 24/7
2 rotational days off per week

Salary & Benefits

• 930 gross base salary/month (paid over 14 months)

• Performance Bonus: up to 70 gross/month

• Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day

• Braga Position Bonus: 20 gross/month

• Health Insurance from Day 1
  (employee contribution applies during the first 6 months free afterward)
