You will support one of the worlds leading online travel platforms helping customers with accommodation bookings travel-related questions and online reservation support across international markets.

The project operates globally across:

• 220 countries and territories
• 55 international flight markets
• 1300 cities offering tours and activities

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

• Assist customers via inbound calls outbound calls and online support channels
• Help travelers with booking-related questions and account support
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Resolve routine issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while following company procedures
• Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude in every interaction

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
• English level B2 or higher
• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus
• Experience in tourism hospitality travel or online booking is highly valued
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Residence in Continental Portugal
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet and professional workspace at home

• Base Salary: 1100 gross/month
• Attendance Bonus: 100 gross/month (paid over 11 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
