Remote Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join Concentrix. In this remote role you will assist customers in Danish and English helping answer their questions and providing professional support while working from Portugal.

As part of the customer support team you will assist customers in Danish and English ensuring their questions and requests are handled clearly efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide customer assistance in Danish and English.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support requests.
• Deliver clear accurate and helpful information.
• Guide customers throughout their interactions with the support service.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Contribute to a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Manage your responsibilities independently while maintaining communication with the wider team.

• Fluent or native-level Danish proficiency.
• Fluent or native-level English proficiency.
• Must already be living in Portugal.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Professional and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage responsibilities independently.

• Fully remote position based in Portugal.
• Monday-to-Friday working schedule.
• Working hours between 08:00 and 17:00.
• Saturday and Sunday off following the Danish schedule.
• Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
• Candidates living within 50 km of the office must collect their work equipment in person.
• Equipment will be delivered to candidates living more than 50 km from the office.
