Recruiter – Dutch

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon Portugal and is hiring for the role of Recruiter. You will support the hiring team of a global customer-experience company in recruiting multilingual talent. As a Dutch-speaking Recruiter you will help a fast-growing multilingual operation find its next colleagues.

• Source screen and interview multilingual candidates
• Manage candidates through the hiring process
• Advise hiring managers and keep pipelines healthy
• Represent the employer brand

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Recruitment experience
• Comfortable working in the office for the first 3 months

• Salary: 1450 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day
• Private health insurance from day 1

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)
• Flight tickets are not reimbursed

• Location: Lisbon Portugal on-site
• Contract: Full-time 6-month contract (30-day trial period)
• Start: As soon as possible
