R&D Engineer – Hardware Validation and Testing | eBike (fmdiv.)

Your contribution to something big: 

• Develop validate and test electronic hardware for innovative eBike applications ensuring high-quality and reliable products;
• Perform functional verification and characterization of printed circuit boards (PCBs);
• Conduct hands-on laboratory activities using oscilloscopes multimeters power supplies climatic chambers and soldering/rework equipment;
• Analyse analogue and digital signals electronic circuits and communication interfaces such as SPI I2C and CAN to identify and resolve technical issues;
• Create maintain and continuously improve test setups supporting test automation and data acquisition systems;
• Develop and optimize automated test solutions using tools such as LabVIEW and Python for automation data acquisition and post-processing;
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to support product validation and continuous improvement;
• Document validation activities prepare technical reports and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams throughout the development process.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in electronic hardware validation testing or development;
• Experience working with PCB validation and laboratory measurements;
• Experience with electronic debugging and test automation is an advantage.

Know-how

• Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics;
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes multimeters power supplies climatic chambers and soldering/rework tools;
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI I2C and CAN;
• Experience with LabVIEW and Python for test automation and data analysis;
• Understanding of electronic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis methodologies.

Languages

• Good command of English both spoken and written.

• Comfortable working in laboratory environments and documenting technical results;
