Quality Engineer (fmdiv.)

Our Quality Management department at Building Technologies is facing exciting changes. Were reframing our processes systems and organizational structure to meet emerging challenges head-on. As a small but globally connected team we tackle diverse challenges across the complete product lifecycle to support business needs and develop the strong Quality Culture of Bosch.

• Manage deviations and customer complaints with a structured solution-oriented approach;
• Organize and lead problem-solving workshops and trainings;
• Develop and implement effective problem-solving tools across teams;
• Define and analyze quality KPIs;
• Design and optimize quality management processes;
• Support and prepare for external audits and regulatory inspections;
• Ensure quality standards are embedded in development processes;
• Contribute to customized quality models in contract manufacturing projects;
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Education: 
  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management;
  • Proven project experience;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI development.
• Knowledge: 
  • Problem-solving methodologies (8D DMAIC SHainin etc.);
  • Quality tools and software;
  • Fundamentals in audit procedures and requirements (including ISO 9001).

• Languages: 
  • Mandatory English skills (C1 level);
  • German skills are a plus.
• Personality: 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented with innovative thinking;
  • Effective team player with good collaboration skills;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Resilient.
