Quality Analyst (French & German Market) Freelancer
Were looking for a detail-driven Quality Analyst to support our French and German operations in a fast-paced BPO this role you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence by evaluating processes data and customer interactions against client expectations compliance standards and internal KPIs.
Youll play a key part in driving continuous improvement identifying performance gaps and partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate quality across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality audits on data workflows and customer interactions
Evaluate AI outputs and identify performance gaps
Detect trends risks and process inefficiencies
Provide clear actionable feedback to teams
Create QA reports and track performance metrics
Collaborate with Operations and Training to improve processes
Ensure compliance with client and internal standards
Requirements:
Fluency in French and German (C1/C2) and strong English
24 years of experience in QA auditing or data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with QA frameworks and performance monitoring
Proficiency in Excel SQL Power BI or similar tools
High attention to detail and reporting skills
Experience in AI content moderation or CX (preferred)
