Were looking for a Project Technology Transfer Manager to lead the successful transfer of industrial technologies processes and expertise across projects and sites. This role is critical to ensuring seamless knowledge transfer operational readiness and efficient project execution in a complex industrial environment.

Your role your impact
Define execute and maintain Technology Transfer Plans across industrial activities including production testing quality and supply chain
Analyse transfer risks and drive mitigation actions to ensure project success
Coordinate donor and receiver stakeholders across projects métiers and industrial sites
Manage transfer documentation industrial maturity plans training and technical assistance activities
Deploy and continuously improve technology transfer standards processes and tools

What you bring
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
5 to 10 years of experience in industrial environments preferably within the railway sector
Experience in project management or industrial QCD management
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in multicultural environments
Fluent English and familiarity with common information systems and digital tools
