For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Ability to query and analyze data using SQL to extract relevant WMS insights support operational improvements and drive logistics efficiency.
- Proven ability to elicit document and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications that align the WMS with stakeholder and end-user needs.
- Capacity to monitor WMS performance continuously identify operational gaps and implement targeted improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Active participation in testing and validation phases for new WMS functionality ensuring requirements are fully met prior to go-live.
- Demonstrated autonomy in project management with the ability to independently drive WMS-related initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (B2) and in Portuguese (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Lisboa. Willingness to travel to other locations within the country when necessary
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
