Job Summary
We are expanding our team with an Project Manager (Fluent in French).

Role:
You will serve as a technical lead and team leader ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects promoting best practices and actively contributing to technological and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Engineering
- Serve as a technical reference for development teams (design coding DevOps)
- Promote best practices: clean code architecture testing
- Standardize development practices (automation frameworks reuse)
Team Leadership:
- Develop and coach engineers
- Build a collaborative results-oriented team culture
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of technical talent
Delivery & Performance:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time (90%)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and the stability of solutions
- Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical challenges
Transformation & Innovation:
- Drive the adoption of GenAI (e.g. Copilot) and automation
- Continuously improve processes tooling and architecture
- Evolve DevOps CI/CD and testing practices
- Promote a culture of innovation
Stakeholder Management:
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Collaborate with business and IT teams
- Ensure clear visibility into performance and deliverables
Strong knowledge of:
- Systems architecture
- DevOps and CI/CD
- Testing and quality
- Ability to review code and provide technical guidance to teams
- Proven experience leading development teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Hands-on pragmatic and results-oriented profile
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Fluent English (required)
- Fluent French (C1) - mandatory
