Job Summary

Your contribution to something big: 

Electronics and semiconductor supply chains are critical to our business. As Program Manager for the Electronics Task Force landscape you will play a key role in bringing together cross-functional teams managing critical risks and enabling executive management to make fast informed decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Steer the overall Task Force landscape: Act as the central point of contact for executive management providing a consolidated view of status key risks dependencies and mitigation actions.
     
  • Drive alignment and prioritization: Ensure effective synchronization between individual Task Force Leads and align activities with business priorities.
     
  • Establish transparent governance: Develop and maintain clear communication reporting and governance structures across all task forces.
     
  • Enable executive decision-making: Consolidate relevant information and translate complex topics into clear decision-ready insights and recommendations for senior management.
     
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate stakeholders across Purchasing Engineering Logistics Business Units and suppliers to drive effective solutions.
     
  • Manage risks and dependencies: Track critical supply chain risks interdependencies and mitigation measures across the Task Force landscape.
     
  • Lead management communication: Organize and facilitate steering meetings management reviews and executive reporting.
     
  • Strengthen collaboration: Facilitate discussions resolve conflicts and create alignment across organizational boundaries without direct disciplinary responsibility.
     
  • Drive continuous improvement: Continuously improve Task Force processes collaboration models governance mechanisms and reporting standards.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education: You have a university degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.

Experience:

  • You have several years of experience in project program or portfolio management ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in supply chain purchasing electronics or semiconductor topics is an advantage.

Know-how:

  • You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are experienced in coordinating complex cross-functional projects without direct disciplinary responsibility.
  • You are confident in management reporting risk management and working with senior stakeholders.

Working Style and Methods

  • You work in a structured proactive and solution-oriented way.
  • You can manage different priorities understand complex topics quickly and communicate them clearly.
  • You enjoy bringing people together and driving topics forward.

Personality

  • You are a confident communicator who builds strong relationships with different stakeholders.

Languages: You have fluent English skills both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
