THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Production Support on an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Pro-actively monitor manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to middleware and databases)
- Provide escalation coverage in the Follow The Sun support model
- Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications
- Customize production tools (monitoring batch scheduling backups deployment tools automation)
- Provide feedback and propose solutions to management on performance and capacity
- Eexperience on Windows and Linux/Unix systems : WCF Weblogic Application Server Apache Tomcat Java EE Nginx
- Experience of some of the following preferable: Geneos Dynatrace Grafana Prometheus & DollarUniverse
- Scripting (Python Shell SQL....) and development skills for administration monitoring and support tools. Practice on Ansible / Terraform automation
- Appreciation of production processes including change and release management; incident and problem management skills with knowledge of ITIL
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle
- Fluency in English
